Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product you have received, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or do not meet your expectations, provided the request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges for defective or damaged items are provided at no additional shipping cost to the customer.

  • For all other exchange requests, customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges.

  • Replacement items will be dispatched after the original item has been received and inspected.

  • Order Number

  • Product(s) to be returned or exchanged

  • Reason for the return or exchange request

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Perfumes and fragrance products

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Clearance sale and discounted items

  • Any product that does not meet the eligibility requirements listed above
